You may be aware of two new Associations which could be operational in the New Year - The RCHA and the BFPVMFA. They have both indicated that they intend to operate outside of the BMFA and this includes provision of their own insurance schemes.

Please be aware that there may be some confusion with regard to the insurance status of their members. A condition of Club Affiliation to the BMFA is that all club members are required to be members of the BMFA (in return the insurer provides the extended Club cover free!). As such, any club member who joins the RCHA or BFPVMFA will also have to be a member of the BMFA to be a member of your Club.
